Our leather is shipped from our Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico., warehouse 1-2 days after the order is placed.

UPS Standard: Typically takes 3-7 business days to reach its destination. It might be not available for all destinations.
UPS Expedited: Typically takes 2-3 business days. Available for all destinations.

Because our products are of animal origin, there are some characteristics that we want to make known to our final consumer in order to make them understand a little more about the characteristics that an original leather of 100% animal origin contains.
1.- There may be slight variations in tone between one order and the next.
2.- It may present some natural neck marks.
3.- The skin may have iron marks in some cases.
4.- It may have marks that were acquired during the life of the animal, such as; insect bites, scars, stretch marks, scratches, etc.
5.- It may have some holes due to mechanical drying, tanning process, sampling for laboratory tests.
6.- There may be a variation in size, because our products are of animal origin.
7.- Catalog prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We will not accept any return of product that comes with the following characteristics.
-Chopped up
-Painted or Scratched
-Manipulated in some way
-Out of its original packaging
-Damaged by shipping and transportation.
To authorize a change, the client must pay for the return shipment to our company, where our technical team will then review the skin and the requested return will be evaluated.
